Designing an audacious real estate experience for the Waldorf Astoria.
To attract high net worth buyers to the tallest residential building south of Manhattan, we elevated tried and true sales techniques to interactive, museum-quality exhibits.
The result: brokers sold out in half the expected time, and the developer was able to break ground a full year early.
COFFEE IN THE CLOUDS
Views are everything when pre-selling a 100-story building. So we used drones and LED screens to let guests enjoy a meal with every view in the building—years before they exist.
With over 20,000 square feet of interactive pieces, the rest of our gallery became a destination all its own—attracting buyers worldwide to explore its most Instagrammable aspects.
